Keystone Scientific participated for the first time at BioHouston’s Chili Cook-off. Thirty-seven companies competed in either the Texas Traditional (without beans), Texas Non-Traditional (with beans), or Spicy chili categories. The event was attended by several hundred Houston life sciences and healthcare enthusiasts. Keystone Scientific’s head chef, Benjamin Legum, wowed chili judges and amateur tasters alike with a proprietary blend of cinnamon, cumin, coriander and Aleppo, a spice that originated in Aleppo, Syria. The event was a great way to meet prospective clients and partners local to Houston, and the Keystone Scientific team couldn’t wait to unveil the new company shirts. Thanks, BioHouston!
